This list is wonderfully comprehensive; I don't think you've missed a thing. The one I think most people my age (80) aren't aware of is item 6, building muscle, especially the large muscles in our legs. There is now so much evidence for how challenging those muscles regularly impacts brain health, mobility, metabolism, and longevity. That wasn't known a couple decades ago.
