Excellent article Autophagy is powerful, fasting helps this process.

This framing really landed for me. Saying aging isn’t “caused by time” but by the systems running underneath the clock is both confronting and liberating. If it’s driven by biology, energy, and accumulated choices, then we’re not just passengers to the calendar — we’re participants in how fast or slow things break down. As someone building and creating in midlife, I find this way more motivating than doom-and-gloom longevity talk. It suggests that protecting curiosity, stress load, and daily habits isn’t “biohacking,” it’s simply deciding how you want to feel in the years you already know are coming.

Thank you for putting in the time and effort for this article. Very informative and easy to understand. It's up to all of us to start as early as possible to clean up our own health and fitness, and you have just given me even more reason to. 🌹

Amazing insight into the physiology of how things work. I am thrilled whenever I see the Mind Garden post. I turned 69 this year and am feeling some of those “aging” symptoms. I have already started to be more active in movement and the food I eat, articles such as this gives me the strength and motivation to push through and commit to myself. Thank you 🙏 🤗
